I have a question about the recipe "Roasted Carrot Harissa and Crème Fraiche Crostini " from gingerroot. Do you think this Harissa could be frozen? Thanks, nt
It should freeze up quite nicely. So you don't have to unfreeze the whole batch to get a little, you should freeze them in a ice cube tray and then transfer the cubes a zipper bag to pull as needed.
We freeze it all the time and it is fine when thawed.
