my turkey is not defrosted on the day before Thanksgiving. I have had it in a refridgerator since Sunday afternoon. It's 18 lbs.. should I defrost in cold water baths today??

Place it in the sink with cool water running over it. I thawed mine in about three hours this way. Be sure to keep it in the wrapper while doing this and it will be fine.
