I have a question about the recipe "Better than Creamed Spinach Spinach" from brooke's kitchen. Would a low fat or non fat Greek yogurt work here (it's what I usually have on hand), or does the dish really need a full fat yogurt?

I think lowfat would be OK.
I actually use 0% or 2% greek yogurt and it works really well!
