A question about a recipe: The River Café's Strawberry Sorbet

I have a question about the recipe "The River Café's Strawberry Sorbet" from Genius Recipes. The strawberry sorbet calls for one of the lemons to be seeded and rough chopped. Does that mean the entire lemon rind and all?

Yes the entire lemon sans seeds is used in this recipe and it's amazing!
