I have a question about the recipe "Banana Bread" from merrill. How should I freeze this for later?
I freeze baked banana bread all the time - just wrap it in plastic and drop it into a gallon-sized freezer bag. Banana bread freezes beautifully!

You can also wrap it in foil and then put it in a freezer bag. As JanetFL says, it freezes really well.
