Frozen Fruit pops, yogurt pops

Would like to make fresh frozen fruit bars or pops, but most recipes I've seen call for adding juice. Would rather just use the natural juice from the fruit. Also would like creamy pops that use yogurt or milk, if that's possible. Thanks!

You absolutely do not have to use juice for fruit pops! Just pure the fruits with the appropriate amount of sugar and freeze. For example, one of my favorites are strawberry balsamic pops. Pure about 3-4 cups of strawberries with 1/3 cup of sugar and 2-3 tbsp balsamic, and freeze. (I adjust the fruit to sugar ratio depending on the sweetness of the fruit.) My favorite creamy pop is pina-colada http://food52.com/recipes/22128-pina-colada-popsicles. Mango also works great...
