I have a question about the recipe "Finger-Lickin' Finger Lakes Chicken" from wssmom. How might you cook this in the oven instead of a grill?

Two possibilities: Sear the chicken breasts on medium high heat in a saute pan or a grill pan and then finish in the oven at 400 for 25 min. Or Roast in oven at 350 for 40-45 min and then place under broiler to get crispy skin. Won;t be exactly like what you get when you grill but can approximate the outcome
