I have a question about the recipe "CHAPATI" from pauljoseph. On "Kneading as required," could you be a bit more specific?
If you don't knead your chapati dough "enough", you will end up with papad rather than chapati (think cracker rather than soft bread). The dough should be kneaded until it pushes back when you poke it with your finger. At least 10 mins if done by hand. You can always use the food processor.
