Wow that is a lot of garlic! That can't be right. Here's a similar recipe which calls for 4 cloves of garlic.
I think the writer clicked on cups by accident when uploading the recipe (because it says "cups cloves") so I've changed the recipe to 5 cloves garlic, whole.
