I have a question about the recipe "Blueberry Tart" from SmallKitchCara. How big is your pie pan? Mine is 11 inches how should I recalculate the ingredients?
If the author used a 9" round pan and you have an 11" round pan you should use 50% more ingredients. For circular pans of the same height the ratio is their radiuses(half of diameter) squared or (5.5 x 5.5)/(4.5 x 4.5)
