I have a question about the recipe "Roasted Red Pepper Hummus" from cauner. How can I substitute dry chickpeas for canned beans? How much would I need?

15oz can of chickpeas yields about 1 1/2 cups drained chickpeas. 1 cup of dried chickpeas cooked will yield about 3 cups. You can substitute. You could probably just cook 1/2 cup of dried chickpeas to get the yield you want but just to be sure I'd cook 1 cup and then use 1.5 of the cooked chickpeas for the hummos
