Having difficulty getting a good glass from fruit juice using PureCote, no better luck using CrispFilm. The end result is more fruit roll-up.

I haven't used either myself, but I've read some related posts on The Alinea Project (http://www.allenhemberger.com/alinea/), and the author talked about how it took some time for him to perfect the process of being able to successfully get a crispy result from Pure-Cote.
