I have a question about the recipe "Carol Field's Panforte" from Nicholas. Can this be adapted to make smaller panforti, by dividing the batter between smaller tarts? Thank you. ;o)

if you mean can it be baked in smaller molds the answer is yes just reduce baking time accordingly so lets say 20 - 30 min
Sticking my big thumb in where it doesn't belong, I'd say that was about my equivalent, also. Fine recipe, nicely written.
