Hi Lucytron, It doesn't seem like this pie should be made too far in advanced. If you are looking to save time you could always measure out the ingredients a day ahead. That way, when it comes time to make the pie you are all ready to go. Also, you could par-bake your favorite pie crust a day in advanced as well.
