A question about a recipe: Farro with Roasted Sweet Potato, Kale and Pomegranate Seeds

I have a question about the recipe "Farro with Roasted Sweet Potato, Kale and Pomegranate Seeds" from Ann S. This looks so delicious! Can't wait to make it - has all my favourite ingredients, apart from the kale. I love every vegetable under the sun, but just can't handle that one! Any suggestions for substitutes? I was thinking maybe spinach, but wouldn't mind a few other options. Thanks! :)

Swiss chard? But if you just don't like cooked greens, that recipe looks like it would be good without them. Maybe add some parsley.

Or cooked spinach. This recipe is one of my faves right now so definitely give it a try with any green you like. A bitter green like rapini might work as well

Definitely use spinach. I use them interchangeably all the time.
