Suggestion for congee with turkey stock? What ratio of rice to stock in slow cooker, and for how long?

Look up David Lebovitz's recipe for congee. I made it a couple weeks ago and it was delicious. He has the right ratios and ingredients down. It's not made in a slow cooker - but you would probably just set it for 8 hours or so.
