I have a question about the recipe "Pine Nut Brittle with Rosemary" from Ms. T. Any tips on cleaning up the gloopy pot after I've poured out the caramel??

If you want to get the last little drops of caramel from pot, heat it until it gives way enough to loosen. When you've spatula-d out all you can, fill pot with hot water & boil caramel out.
Agreed with Shuna. If the caramel has hardened, I usually fill the pot with water and bring it to a boil. It loosened the caramel right up and you can pour it out.
