A question about a recipe: Mediterranean White Fish & Leek Stew

I have a question about the recipe "Mediterranean White Fish & Leek Stew" from lapadia. Will monkfish take longer to cook? I am using monkfish as one of the fishes in this stew. Will monkfish pieces take longer to cook than the cod and dover sole pieces?

Both the monk and the cod fish will take longer to cook than the sole. Just look at the density of each fish and you should get a good sense of how long each will take. And that stew sounds delicious!

Monk fish could take a little longer as it is a thicker fish but also depends on the size of your pieces. Check the doneness at the time you would have with the other fish but expect to need more time
