Once I've made pizza dough, can I freeze it?

Should I let it proof first ?

Use overnight pizza dough recipe, cooks illustrated, serious eats,to name three.
They have all worked out great!

I have had great success with freezing bread doughs. I recommend doing this before you have done the second rise.

Freeze away. It's great. Just throw the dough in the fridge a day or so before using it.
