I have a question about the recipe "Shepherd's Pie with Sweet Potatoes" from Merrill Stubbs. Can this either be a. Made ahead and kept in the fridge before baking and/or B. Stored in the freezer before baking?
Merrill is a co-founder of Food52.
Yes to both! You can assemble it and keep it in the fridge for a day or two before baking, or freeze it for several months if it's well-wrapped.
