Let me type correctly this time...would you serve collard greens and mashed potatoes with pot roast?

I am using The Pioneer Woman's "Perfect Pot Roast" recipe.

I often put potatoes and carrots in with the pot roast before it's done and let them cook in the juices. mmmmmmmm

Thank you Trena! The pot roast recipe that I am using (from The Pioneer Woman) calls for carrots! I usually serve my pot roast with mashed potatoes and green beans and wanted to switch it up a bit!
