Can I reuse the brine for the Alon Shaya's roasted cauliflower? That was an amazing dish!

Yes, sure. Freeze it in a container, or refrigerate, and use it to marinate some other vegetable before roasting, or to brine chicken or pork. It would also make a good vinaigrette.
