Tomatoes

Thanks for your help. (I actually never noticed the difference between Italian or American canned tomatoes... They taste the same to me.)

The answer is 1 cup of chopped tomatoes. If using fresh, fine. If using canned, reserve the liquid for something else (like a bloody mary !). Consider using Italian tomatoes as they do not have the heavy salt content that USA brands do - tastier and healthier.
