Ice cream without a maker recipe?

If you have a KitchenAid, I have a fabulous ice cream maker attachment/bowl that whips up beautiful ice cream in a flash. I managed to get two of them for my birthday, and really, who needs two ice cream makers. The spare is for sale, if you're interested!

If you add a small amount of gelatn or possibly pectin if it is a dairy free recipe, it will sta creamy. Also a nice amount of half and half or heavy cream with some egg yolks will help keep it from getting too icy if its not churned. I made the naked chocolate ice cream from food52 by drbabs, and this ice cream seems like it would do well without being churned because the base is sooooo rich and delicious! Hope this helps!
