To what temp should a 3lb petite pork roast be brought to?

Shingig - thank you so much for bringing the Nupdated guidelines to light. Pierno, the article is from New USDA Guidelines Lower Pork Cooking Temperature - May 24, 2011 just so you know.

At 140º the bad bugs die. Take it to 140ish & let it rest for 10+ minutes and it will likely coast up another 5º or so.

Actually the USDA would like you to cook it to 160F leaving it dead and dry. I'll join the chorus for 145F.
