I have a question about the recipe "Shirley Corriher's Touch-of-Grace Biscuits" from Genius Recipes. Where would a westerner buy White Lily flour? Order from Smuckers?

If you don't want four bags of the stuff, this place sells two bags per order: http://www.soap.com/html/sg/buy-white-lily-flour.html Google around to see if you can find a place to just buy one.

I got mine from Smucker's but it was a lot (10 lbs) since biscuits are a special occasion treat for us.
