I have a question about the recipe "Collard Roll Ups with Coconut Curry Kale" from Diane Hoch. Can I substitute regular horseradish for grated horseradish root?

You can substitute four teaspoons of prepared horseradish for every tablespoon of freshly grated horseradish -- prepared horseradish contains vinegar though, so if recipe calls for vinegar or lemon juice, you might need to scale back.
