Hi Victoria, I found the recipe on her blog (http://brusselsforbreak.blogspot.com/2013/03/chengdu-flashback.html), the amounts are:

2 tbsp dark soy sauce
3 tbsp black vinegar
3 tbsp Szechuan red chili oil
