I have a question about the recipe "Chinese Braised Pork and Broccoli" from Brussels Sprouts for Breakfast. 3 items are not given in the ingredients. What are the quantities of dark soy sauce, black vinegar, and hot chili oil?

Hi Victoria, I found the recipe on her blog (http://brusselsforbreak...), the amounts are:

2 tbsp dark soy sauce
3 tbsp black vinegar
3 tbsp Szechuan red chili oil

And for future reference, if you ever again have a question that only the recipe author can answer, another option is to send the author a direct message, by clicking the envelope icon on their profile page.
