I am making a cheesecake and the recipe wants me to make a pie crust, but I am just going to do a gram cracker crust. Will the cooking time change

Should I put it in a waterbath also

Definitely go with the graham cracker crust; a conventional pie crust would be soggy here. I always bake cheesecakes in a water bath. I don't know what the recommended baking time for your recipe is, but mine typically bake for about 45-50 minutes.
