Yes Adele, most bread/baking recipes will work with a relatively small reduction in oven temp. In this case, it may take about 5 minutes more at 180C than the recipe's 40 min at 200c to get the browning and finish you want. Test at about 35 minutes and then at 5 minute intervals. Good luck.
