I have a question about the recipe "Carrot Soda Bread" from fiveandspice. would 180 degrees instead of 200 degrees Celsius work as my skillet only oven proof up to 180

Yes Adele, most bread/baking recipes will work with a relatively small reduction in oven temp. In this case, it may take about 5 minutes more at 180C than the recipe's 40 min at 200c to get the browning and finish you want. Test at about 35 minutes and then at 5 minute intervals. Good luck.
