I have a question about the recipe "Pasta with Prosciutto, Snap Peas, Mint and Cream" from lechef. Can this sauce be made ahead and re-heated? Thanks, nt

It should really be made while your pasta is boiling, but you can prep and measure your ingredients in advance. And because the recipe is so simple, you should be able to do all the cooking in the time it takes to cook the pasta.
