I have a question about the recipe "Chocolate-Covered Matzo" from Sarah Jampel. Are the dark and milk chocolate pieces to be mixed or do you do one half dark and the other half light?

It sounds like we're meant to mix them. But if your hh has passionate devotees of dark choc/milk choc or you just want to compare the tastes, you could do half & half....
