I have a question about the recipe "Black Bean and Corn Burgers" from Gena Hamshaw. Does the corn have to be cooked (grilled or boiled) or can I use raw corn?

According to the recipe, you use raw corn. Cooking the patties will cook the corn.

These work fine with cooked corn kernels, too. Just FYI. Great recipe, by the way. I've made them several times, adapting the herbs and spices. ;o)
