How far in advance can you make Paul Bertolli's Cauliflower soup?

I am wondering if you can freeze it.  Doesn't really look like anything would be harmed since it's just veges and H2O.  thoughts?

I have made it on a sunday, enjoyed it sunday and had the rest during the week as leftovers and it was just as good!
