I have a question about the recipe "Carrot Cinnamon Brown rice Sugar-free Muffins with Almonds & Dried Cranberries" from Ausra de Araujo. Where are the dates in the list of ingredients? And what can I replace the brown rice flour with - spelt flour? or brown rice flakes? Thank you

I think what she meant by dates is a pitted and chopped dates (http://thefrostedvegan...). You can get it in normal grocery store near raisin area. Since she blends the date, other forms that you can use are date paste http://thehealthyfoodie... or whole dates. that Both are available in normal grocery store, though mediteranean ethnic market sells them the cheapest.

My point is: how many dates do I need for this recipe?
