This spring you had a recipe for a lemon cream sauce for asparagus and other veggies. Now I can't find it. Help?

One more idea. Possibly send an email to [email protected]. It might be [email protected]. They may be able to help. Or possibly Kristen in Genius Recipes.

Thanks for all your suggestions. Not exactly what I was looking for but I'll have fun trying these variations on a theme. I'll let you know if I eventually recover the original recipe. David

Is it possibly the Spring Vegetable Jumble with tarragon lemon butter by Five and Spice? I can't link it, but you can find it by using the search function and typing in the title and then choose recipes. The lemon butter sauce does have cream and the sauce is cooked separately. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Nope, that's not the one I was looking for. No poached egg. It lasted in the fridge for several months.

Hmm..a cream sauce could not last more than a few days unless some magic was performed. Was it perhaps more of a relish made with preserved lemons? It's the cream part that throws me.

It surprised me that it lasted so long. Smooth, white, thick sauce. It was cooked, not just raw ingredients.

Thanks, but that's not the one.

And... How to make mayonnaise or aioli without a recipe. (You could add more lemon to this if you like.)
