I have a question about the recipe "Roast Pork Loin " from Cara Nicoletti. Do I roast in the pan with the lid on or off?

The way the recipe reads, fat-side up, and doesn't instruct to cover, lets me believe that you roast this pork uncovered. It looks perfectly cooked in the photograph.

excellent thanks! i was thinking uncovered may dry it out but i guess fat side up keeps it moist.
