I have a question about the recipe "A Bowl of Red" from wssmom. What is the best substitute for the ground pork? Lamb, veal or beef mince?

I would probably go with beef mince, but any would be fine. I'd probably pass on the veal because of the price and you won't really know it's there with all the strong flavors.
