I have a question about the recipe "Homemade Fennel Seed Crackers" from Elodie Bellegarde. Do you think it's better to work this with your hands than a food processor? I feel like I always end up overworking the dough.

I would use my hands because there are so few ingredients. Just make sure your water is really cold and use your fingertips. I set my water in the freeze until I need it.
