I have a question about the recipe "Crab Beignets with Aïoli Dipping Sauce" from ChefJune. Can these be frozen (once cooked) and the reheated in the oven?

I have never even thought about it. They are always made a la minute and eaten just as fast as they come from the hot oil. I'm sure they would lose something in the freezing. Why would you want to freeze them?
