I have a question about the recipe "Faith Durand's Dark Molasses Gingerbread Cake " from Sarah Jampel. How would this bake up in loaf pans or a bundt, do we think?

It should be fine in 2 loaf pans or a 10-inch bundt based on the volume of batter.

I would lower the oven temperature by 25 degrees and allow for longer baking.
