I think so! They get a little crumbly, but if they were packed tightly in a tin I think they would do fine.
Thank you Alice. I'm now wondering if the addition of a bit of flour to the mix would help since gluten isn't an issue?
Hmmm. I am not sure as I don't know how it would effect the chemistry. The original recipe I tweaked was flour less. I think they will probably hold up well on their own without changes.
The big-batch dinner we'll be making all season long.
