Will the Pistachio Nutella work with nonfat powdered milk? Recipe doesn't specify.

I haven't made this recipe myself but I don't see a reason why it wouldn't work. The only milk powder I can find by me other than goats milk powder is nonfat milk powder so I use it whenever I have a recipe that calls for milk powder.
