How to cook bacon for mac and cheese

Could you tell us more about what mac and cheese you are making? Would you like crunchy bacon or bacon flavour, or big chunks or...?

If I'm making an oven mac and cheese, I like to fry my bacon until crispy, then sprinkle it on top.
