I made chocolate chip cookies with a stick of busy and 7.5 Oz of ghee butter. The cookies came out very oily. Can I do anything to fix it?

Unfortunately, the lack of milk solids in ghee makes it like you are baking with oil. You might be able to save it by adding more of the dry ingredients, but I probably would just pitch it and make a new batch with all butter.

Thank your for getting back to me. I wanted to fix the recipe so that I can make chocolate chip cookies with that dough. When I baked it the cookies were very oily. I'm not sure if I added too much ghee butter and regular stick butter. I did like the idea of alternative suggestions. I hope there is a way to fix the current recipe
