Hi Jane, I haven't done it myself, but I think it should be fine. It also might be helpful to post a comment on the recipe page, since there are loads of comments from people who've made the soup and might have experience freezing it.
does her recipe have vinegar in it? if you froze it, you might have to add more vinegar and adjust other seasoning before serving.
