I have a question about the recipe "Lemon Thyme Olive Oil Tea Cake" from windycityvegan. What can I sub for the quinoa flour? I have corn rice, potato, coconut, buckwheat, barley, and rye flours! Also, will arrowroot sub for the tapioca flour?
