I have a question about the recipe "Carrot, Avocado, and Orange Salad" from A Girl and Her Pig. Can you clarify what you do with the oranges? You say to squeeze them but the photo looks like full orange pieces?

Hi Megan, you're segmenting the oranges and then only squeezing the remaining membranes to get any lingering juice.
