I have a question about the recipe "Golden Quinoa Cakes with Salsa Fresca" from gingerroot. Anybody tried freezing these? if so, which is best - cooked or uncooked

Haven't tried freezing, but would guess that they are best frozen cooked, and then re-crisped on a skillet.
