Does it matter what size skillet you use to cook these eggs? Seems the larger the skillet, the more success I have?

I have not yet made this recipe, but from my experience in cooking scrambled eggs, and especially since this recipe is for quick scrambled eggs, a larger skillet would work best as the eggs will cover more surface area in the pan and cook more quickly.
